Work accidents

An employer has a duty to care to each employee and can be responsible for accidents that take place whether in the workplace or not.

Even if the accident occurs as a result of a fellow employee, the employer can still be responsible for that.

The employer must have insurance to cover such eventualities. It is extremely important that any accident at work is immediately recorded by the employer.
